Sigma IT is a charitable project of Congressional District Programs, Inc.-a registered 501(c) (3) public charity.
All moneys raised by Sigma IT are received by Congressional District Programs (CDP) and become the some property of CDP which, for the internal operating purposes, allocates the funds to the Project. The Program Manager makes recommendations for disbursements which are reviewed by CDP for approval.
